Project of the month (April 2023) goes to the Ritz Naples Grand Staircase.
This staircase will be featured in the recently renovated Ritz Naples on Vanderbilt Beach. The stair will be located in the hotel lobby greeting guests as they enter the building.
The stair’s guardrail pickets are fabricated from 2”x 1” brass rectangular tubing and curved 2” x 3/8” brass flat bar. Fabrication of this staircase took 1,600 man hours and installation (which is currently in progress) taking roughly 1,000 man hours.
The existing site conditions were 3D scanned by TruePoint Laser and was structurally engineered by Larson Engineering.
